Tibidabo Tasting Week builds on this feeling. Six evenings, three courses, one cocktail, and a surprisingly diverse summer menu—all gluten-free, of course.

Tasting Week isn’t a formal ceremony, nor is it the measured world of fine dining—it’s more of a summer dinner tour where you choose what to taste. Three courses, no preset menu. Your only job? Sit down and decide based on the mood.

The menu inspired by summer
This season always craves freshness. Something light yet full of character. Something that cools yet awakens the senses.
Our starter options:
- Mézes-kókuszos eperkrémleves (7)
- Pisztáciás kacsamájpástétom mini kalácson (3,8,10) + 1 000 Ft
- Vega Duó – 2 szabadon választott tapas, olajbogyóval és cirokkenyér-pirítóssal (10,12)
- Avokádós ráksaláta (2,10) + 1 500 Ft

- Kenderbundás-csirkemell quinoa tabuléval (9,10)
- Tibidabo saláta sült karfiol feltéttel (7,9,11)
- Grillezett kecskesajt burger (9,10) + 1 000 Ft
- Mangalicás flatbread gránátalmás olajbogyóval (7,10,12) + 1 000 Ft
- Grillezett lazac quinoa tabuléval és avokádóval (4,8,9) + 2 000 Ft
Dessert options:
- Rákóczi pohárkrém (3,7,8)
- Guba – Újratöltve (8)
- Kardamomos csokoládétorta (3,6,7,8)

And what completes the evening? A complimentary cocktail from our new summer drink menu with every reservation. Light, fragrant, perfectly chilled – the ideal companion for a special dinner.
